2 month check up

Sophie's doctor appointment was today and it went really well. Baby girl now weighs 11 pounds 6 ounces and is 22 1/2 inches long. She is in the 50th percentile for both height and weight, way to go peanut.

Not feeling so great from the vaccinations but she only cried for a little bit, so tough!

First trip to the big city

Daddy has a special visitor at work today. The weather was a little cool but the sun was out so we bundled up miss Sophie Claire and walked through the city of Detroit. We had lunch at the Hardrock Cafe where she seemed to really enjoy all the sights and sounds. It was a great afternoon together.

Happy 2 months Sophie Claire

Yesterday Sophie turned 2 months. Yay! Peanut is growing soooo big!!

She smiles

 Last week I caught Sophie's first smile on camera. 

She's incredibly sweet in the morning and this is a little sleepy eyed smile but mama loved it.

And today she had lots a morning smiles me. 

Who wouldn't want to wake up to this?
